Sightlines Approved as National Joint Powers Alliance (NJPA) Service Provider

NJPA members are now able to purchase Sightlines facilities intelligence services without RFPs or lengthy procurement cycles

Guilford, Conn. – April 27, 2016 – Sightlines, a subsidiary of The Gordian Group, Inc., and a leader in facilities intelligence and analysis for higher education institutions, today announced that it has been approved by the National Joint Powers Alliance (NJPA) as a service provider under an NJPA awarded contract.

“Offering Sightlines as part of an NJPA awarded contract means colleges and universities that are members of the NJPA are now able to purchase our services through a cooperative purchasing method,” said Mark Schiff, president of Sightlines. “Any NJPA member institution that wants to acquire one of our solutions can simply issue a purchase order through the contract between NJPA and The Gordian Group and their order will be seamlessly executed.”

NJPA is a government unit providing national cooperative purchasing contracts to over 50,000 member agencies at all levels of government including E-12 schools, higher education institutions, and non-profit entities across North America. NJPA establishes and awards competitively solicited cooperative purchasing contracts in accordance with the Uniform Municipal Contracting Law.

Notable NJPA higher education institution members include Arizona State University, California State University, Florida State University, Indiana University, New York University, The Ohio State University, Pennsylvania State University and the University of Texas.

Sightlines services are now part of the NJPA awarded contract through its parent company, The Gordian Group, under Contract #071415-GGI between NJPA and The Gordian Group.
