Position Description: Regional Account Manager

With offices currently in Guilford, CT; Jenkintown, PA; Portland, OR, our mission is to provide superior and independent facilities advisory services by helping campuses measure, monitor, and benchmark their facilities functions. Major Duties & Responsibilities

Regional Account Managers are the main point of contact for a team, with responsibility for billing, scheduling, training and retention of both clients and staff.

Regional Account Managers’ primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. •Develop and enhance client relationships
   

2. •Present analytical findings to clients
   

• Lead a team through service start ups and annual updates

• Manage product quality & consistency in their teams and with the other managers across the company

1. •Communicate service status to client campus leadership
   

2. •Generate strategic plans for campus improvement
   

3. •Train and develop direct reports.
   

4. •Required Travel – 40%
   

Requirements:

Education: Minimum educational requirement is a bachelor’s degree or the equivalent; advanced degree a plus Experience: Minimum experience is 5 years professional, post-graduate experience or the equivalent.

Skills/Abilities: Credible leadership presence; strong communication skills; comfort with multi tasking; experience with giving presentations; analytical skill; proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of programs, particularly Excel and Powerpoint.
